Vacuum Aluminum Packaging Material
Vacuum aluminum packaging material is a new type of composite environment protective packaging material. Since 1980¡¯s,vacuum aluminum paper had already been used widely in the international printing and packaging markets.
Ideal vacuum aluminum packaging material adopts advanced direct plating and transferable plating technologies. The environment protective regular vacuum aluminum cigarette inner liner and holographic anti-forgery vacuum aluminum cigarette inner liner have filled the blank in China in the same industry.

Products (Technologies) brief introduction and main technical standards
Environment protective holographic anti-forgery vacuum aluminum paper developed by Zhejiang Ideal Packaging Group Co. not only meets or even exceeds all the quality standards of traditional compound foil paper, but also owns the special features of environment protection which is proved by the comparative experiment tested by Shanghai Environmental Science Research Institute between vacuum aluminum paper and traditional foil paper. The results of the experiment confirmed that vacuum aluminum paper is an environmental protective product which is decomposable, recyclable and absorbable. It fills the blank in the same industry in China. The technical standards of this new packaging material all exceed the national standards. Moreover, it owns unique function of holographic anti-forgery which fills the blank in China again.
The main production processes for direct plating of holographic anti-forgery vacuum aluminum paper are base-coating, mould pressing, aluminum-plating and surface-coating. Base-coating means spread the coating on the base paper evenly which provide the better physical surrounding for aluminum layer to be attached with. Furthermore, it can improve the production resistance, decomposition, glossy, etc. these physical attributes. The well-treated paper then passed through the special mould-pressing machine to get all the holographic anti-forgery information to be saved in the paper in a very short period of time. Aluminum then is plated onto the paper and all the holographic information is exposed, presenting the shining and colorful anti-forgery patterns. Finally, the surface plating protects the aluminum layer of the vacuum aluminum from oxidizing and being destroyed. Meanwhile, humidity adjustment needs to be done during plating to make the moisture content reaches 5% to meet the production requirement.
